Intermediate/Advanced Classes

Our Intermediate/Advanced Strength & Power classes are designed to take the basic movements taught in the Intro class to the next level. Here students will focus on conditioning, higher-level techniques (such as the kettlebell clean & snatch), and chaining different movements together. Intermediate/Advanced classes are open to those who have completed the Intro course as well as those who have experience in a similar program.
