Robot Thai Boxing Counter Combinations

Stay consistent! Repetition is the key! We will continue to work on the clinch and knees but will begin to focus a little more on counter to knees and sweeps in the clinch. Make sure you keep practicing the various punch counters that we’ve been drilling on and use them when shadow boxing and sparring. Just like the first time you clinched the range from where you strike is very different. You must really focus on the distance of the long knee and also timing the punches.

Lance Dixon and his abs put on a great performance in this year’s Songkran event in Hollywood. He fought against a more experienced fighter and completely dominated the fight. Lance scored two knockdowns in the fight and was awarded the 2014 Thai New Year champion. Thank you all who attended the event and all those who couldn’t make it but were an important part of his fight camp!
